Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how myMedCrew (a healthcare operating brand of CrewBloom, Inc., "myMedCrew," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mymedcrew.com (the "Site") and interact with our forms, analytics, and scheduling tools. myMedCrew is the healthcare staffing brand of CrewBloom, Inc.
This policy covers the Site only. It does not govern the staffing services we provide under a separate client agreement, and it is not part of that agreement.
We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through this Site. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, or any PHI through our forms or scheduling tools. Where PHI is handled in the course of delivering staffing services to a client, that handling is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed as part of each client engagement — not by this Site.
1. Whose information this covers
This Site is a business-to-business marketing and inquiry site, and it collects client enquiries only — the information here relates to prospective and current clients and business contacts, for example a practice administrator who fills out a form or books a call.
Information about candidates and job applicants is not collected through this Site. Candidates and applicants apply through CrewBloom, and any information they provide is governed by CrewBloom's privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form or use our scheduler, we collect what you enter — typically your name, work email, practice type, the roles you need, the number of roles, and your timeline. If you email us, we receive the contents of that message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, our providers automatically record standard technical data your browser sends — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this (see Section 4).
3. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare a staffing proposal or rate estimate;
- Schedule and hold introductory calls you request;
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Analyze traffic and measure the performance of our marketing;
- Send you administrative messages, and — only with your consent where required — marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Cookies and third-party services
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and marketing measurement. The "help" menu in most browsers explains how to refuse or delete cookies; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
The Site relies on the following third-party providers, which may process technical or contact data on our behalf or set their own cookies:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MZBS4PQZ) — loads and manages our tags. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z60ZB235OR) — measures site usage. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- HubSpot — receives and stores the details you submit through our forms. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
- Calendly — powers the scheduling tool embedded on our Book a demo page. When that page loads, the Calendly embed is served from Calendly and may receive your IP address, set cookies, and process the details you enter to book a time. See Calendly's privacy policy.
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings as described above. We rely on those browser controls rather than a separate cookie-consent banner, and we do not gate analytics or marketing cookies behind a consent prompt.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; when required to comply with the law or enforce our terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of myMedCrew, our clients, or others; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship — and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry and contact records stored in HubSpot are retained for the duration of our commercial relationship with you and for 24 months thereafter. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics 4.
7. Your privacy rights
Our Site and services are directed to businesses in the United States. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it). California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and a data protection law applies to your use of the Site, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time; our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the Site and responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. How we protect information
We use administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring — to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
myMedCrew and its providers are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed in the United States. Our Site and services are directed to, and intended for, businesses and visitors located in the United States, and we do not intend to offer them to individuals located outside the United States.
11. Contact us
Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be sent to founders@crewbloom.com, or by mail to CrewBloom, Inc., 347 5th Ave, Suite 1402, New York, NY 10016.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
